- Loss of emotional intimacy or feeling disconnected from your partner
- Difficulty expressing feelings or being vulnerable with each other
- Communication breakdowns and recurring conflicts
- Trust issues or emotional wounds from the past
Couple therapy
We provide a professional, confidential, and comfortable environment for partners in a couple to understand themselves and each other in relationship.
One session lasts 1 hour. If we agree to work together, we usually recommend starting with at least 6 sessions. Depending on the couple's needs, sessions may be led by one or both psychotherapists.
What can you expect?
During sessions, both partners step out of their daily routines, look at themselves from the outside, and receive feedback from the therapists while being in the relationship dynamic. This helps them recognize their needs, relax, experiment, and find clarity and energy for difficult decisions. The expected result is a deeper awareness of themselves, their partner, and their situation.
These issues often overlap and influence each other, which is why couples therapy addresses the whole relationship system.

While Couple Dialogue recommends starting with at least 6 sessions, meaningful relationship transformation usually unfolds gradually over months and sometimes years.
You can choose your setup
Couples can work with one psychotherapist (€140/hour) or with two psychotherapists simultaneously (€170/hour), depending on their needs.
It is a chance to step back
The process helps partners pause daily life and look at themselves and their relationship from the outside.
You get feedback in real time
Partners receive immediate feedback from psychotherapists while the relationship dynamic is happening in the room.
Experimentation is encouraged
